Frequently Asked Questions

Most families spend 1–2 hours with us. The wagon ride is about 15 minutes each way, and the rest of the time is yours to pick and cut your own tree and enjoy the cabin.

Dress for the weather! Boots are highly recommended — the field can be muddy. Layers are always a good idea for late autumn and early winter days.

Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome! Just be mindful of other families and keep them on lead throughout.

Each wagon holds up to 8 adults or 16 children (one adult uses two child seats). Multiple families can share a wagon until it is full.

We run rain or shine for light weather, but may cancel in severe conditions. If we need to cancel, you'll be notified by email and offered a full rescheduling or refund.
